Business Achievement Awards

The National Awards Program, also known as competitive events, recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. FBLA-Middle Level competitive events also prepare students for successful careers in business by providing opportunities to apply classroom concepts in a workforce-simulated competitive environment.​

Community service activities help chapters get involved in their communities. While practicing responsible citizenship, members also form networks with business and community leaders and gain experience with managing projects beyond the classroom. Community Service Awards (CSA)

Community award: 50 hrs Service award: 200 hrs Achievement award: 500 hrs

The Business Achievement Awards (BAA) is a leadership development program for students.  Members enhance their leadership skills, expand their business knowledge, contribute to their local communities, and earn recognition by immersing themselves in their school, community, and FBLA programs.

LEAD Program

An online simulation of the global capital markets that engages students grades 4-12 in the world of economics, investing and personal finance and that has prepared 17 million students for financially independent futures. Available in the Fall and in the Spring.

The Chapter Challenge is open to all FBLA chapters. This recognition program encourages recruitment, retention, and member involvement. The FBLA Chapter Challenge consists of 3 parts: Super Sweeps, August 1 through October 31 Non-Stop November, November 1 through December 10. Action Awareness, January 1 through March 1. Chapters that complete the Challenge will receive a special recognition pin in their National Leadership Conference (NLC) registration packets.

The LEAD program offers the opportunity for students to earn a variety of digital badges throughout this unique leadership development program, in addition to a badge at the completion of each level that may be uploaded to their online leadership profile.
